11. There's also a key rift between civilians at DOD and the military
According to one blogger cited elsewhere (forgive me for being too lazy to look it up, but it was the basis for a poll with 10 questions in GD earlier this evening) that rift may explain how Chalabi got himself "investigated" by US troops last week without Rumsfeld knowing about it. Did the CIA and field commanders hook up behind Rummie's back?
