4. Five Dim Points
• Handing over authority to a sovereign Iraqi government.
Meaning: Create an Iraqi state of our desires, sometimes called “a puppet government” these people, now called “the Iraqi people”, in turn will draft a constitution that meets are approval and their individual needs, anybody who goes against this principle will be labeled “a terrorist”.

• Establishing security.
Meaning: Maintain military presence indefinitely including Iraqi puppet government troops and soldiers from any nation mercenary enough to contribute in exchange for favors like EU or NATO membership, or the need to give their SAS soldiers some practice. Terrorists fight the Iraqi people.

• Continuing to rebuild Iraq's infrastructure.
Meaning: Build a maximum security prison, for holding future enemies of the people of Iraq.

• Encouraging more international support.
Meaning: Seek out the few nations we have not completely alienated or we can strong arm or bribe, essentially any additional international support would meet the Webster’s definition of “more”.

• Moving toward a national election in Iraq that "will bring forward new leaders empowered by the Iraqi people."
Meaning: We get to decide who are the Iraqi people, and who are rabble rousing terrorists – this will codify that relationship.
