129. Responsible members of all professions signed away their ethics

if they signed on for CIA "research". Also, they could have been unwitting participants, duped, like some 80 institutions that were involved in at least 149 sub-projects of MKULTRA. You can take what I've posted here to the bank. Here's a link for you to get up to speed on this kind of stuff.
