17. I question the execution procedure itself
It's been a while, and I can't find a reference now, but when Daniel Pearl was executed in Pakistan by Islamic militants, it was reported as a clean, swift cut. Not so in the case of Nick Berg.

I have to ask, was it an amateur who decapitated Nick Berg? If it was in fact al-Zarqawi, he's done this horrid deed enough times to make it quick and efficient, not the "sawing" which poor Mr. Berg suffered.

Too many inconsistencies, this being only one of them which bothers me.
