Bush etc. will harp on it; it'll be front-page news; some convoluted logic will be used to turn the whole thing on its head.

Of course, they'll be ignoring the fact that all this torture -- call it what it is, it's not 'abuse' -- was done by people in the guise of serving U.S. interests, paid for with yours and my tax dollars and, for as long as they could, and despite what Rumsfeld spewed -- covered up for just as long as could be.
