32. If Bush wins
He will DEFINITELY bring back the draft. Kerry? I doubt it. I understand what people are saying about how the military is stretched too thin, and it is, but I think Kerry knows better. If he brings it back, he can kiss his second term goodbye. Bush, on the other hand, has nothing to lose.
