10. "Irish Terrorists"
Let's see -- after decades of strife between two factions divided over matters of land and religion, a peace is finally worked out via a political solution. Clinton was a part of that negotiated solution. The peace has held there for what, 5 years now? Um, I think we can cautiously call peace in Ireland a success, yes?

But the Neocons and flying monkeys tell us that nothing worthwhile has ever been achieved without resorting to force. According to their doctrine, Blair should have bombed Derry and Belfast back into the Stone Age, and maybe then invaded Scotland too, because there are Celtic people sympathetic to ideas of separating from Britain too, not to mention the fact that there is oil in the North Sea. Now, THAT's the way to do it, eh?

Remember when it was reported that Blair had contacted former President Clinton on a matter relating to Northern Ireland after the coronation of His Chimperial Highness? King Smirky made a public statement that he was standing by to advise Blair on the matter. (GULP) Maybe we'd have seen those fragmented Irish babies all over the tv screens had Blair had the bad judgement to call (then).
