we have 2 - 3,000 on the ground there with the French and Germans and Italians and a whole bunch of others (37 or 38 different countries) for a total 39,000 and the unrest is because of our being distracted in Iraq.....
Unmitigated success ... the Serb civilian population wouldn't want to see one of our failures.
