8. Interesting site.
We've had a few threads about the protuding artifact under the wings...you can locate these in the 9/11 forum, I think.

My observations-

(1) The white hot fireball could as easily be the frictional heat created by the nose contacting the structure.

(2) The rocket iginition in the gifs (frame 3) could be sunlight striking the fuselage.

(3) Why would they need a rocket to penetrate the WTC? I would think this would be overkill and why would they chance the missle going completely through the building? Wouldn't that risk the cover of the crash?

(4) I don't believe that the plane was not 175....where would the people on 175 have gone? Being held captive? Murdered?

The artifact under the fusilage is interesting....I really don't know whether that was a shadowing effect or some attachment. But if it was a pod, then I don't know how it could escape the attention of the ground crew.

I have to admit that you've put together some very thought provoking ideas.
