Didn't he take an oath when he was sworn in as prez to uphold the Constitution? Here it is:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
He's a LIAR because he never had any intention of "preserving" or "protecting" anything but the wallets of his corporate overlords.
