The Feb 2004 issue of Mother Jones magazine is an excellent source on the OSP and the unnamed "cell" set up by Rumsfeld. I incorporated this information and including a simplified org chart ("The Lie Factory") in my essay about Iraq. Just scroll down slightly from the below link and you'll get a concise org chart and an appreciation of how 19 men (including the President) brought the people "to the bidding of the leaders"...
