12. Bought it last night....finished this morning. I seriously wonder
if anyone had a "heads up on this". I can think of one action by the govt last week.
Remember they came out in favor of a state run oil approach for Iraq and many people were totally surprised by this approach beaucse where would the infrastructure investment $$$'s come from.
Well..whats in the book with oil companies etc....I think perhaps this press released for "damage control". I could be wrong.
