Specifically:

"You are, of course, permitted to point out when a post is untrue or factually incorrect."

I actually tried to edit my post to omit the parts about TIA's behavior that might border-line violate the rules of Civility here, but it was too late. Other than that, I stand by my post and do not think it is a personal attack. I just happen to think his research was bogus, as in factually incorrect, and I believe this and the manner in which the "data" were presented, did a lot a hurt the cause of voting reform and the problems of the 2004 Election.
