13. Moratorium against death penalties
What is Clark's position and have you seen any evidence that we should re-think our position?

"I have heard quite thoroughly about the discriminatory application of the death penalty."

"I believe that a soverign country has the right to impose the extreme sanction of capital punishment. But I'll tell you this, and we ought to be going back through every case on death row. There's no excuse for innocent men and women to be sitting on death row. We need to examine it and look at it forthwith."
