Clark announced with such a pre-attained build up that his candidacy was spiked from the beginning. He'll even out and have the same trials the others will have as well. Clark has the intellect, charisma and credentials to be a viable formidable candidate for the long haul. We'll see how he ends up. This whole race is shaping up to be a good one. Issues! Issues! Issues!
