After WW2 we had a thing called the GI bill where if you were smart enough you could go to college and I think it is one of the reason this country grew so fast after WW2 . One of the reasons. Now India and China are doing that. When you get to the top on a name and it is the plan of the country they usually do not last long.Our country was set up to try and not have birth a right to rule.It has sort of worked but now I hear people say. He is our President so must be right. Very bad form for an AM. We were always to question our govt. and the best were to get to the top, not the ones with the right name.
