I think what I have read in the recent past is that the main hosting services like AOL etc.. are working with the FBI under voluntary obscenity guidelines to prove they are serious about a zero tolerance for child porn.

If you look at the full story about Red Rose in the OP there is no denial of stories about child pornography, only that there were no pics. What I am wondering is if these were published on her site as true tales or as plans to commit the crime of pedophilia that the site became an accessory by publishing it instead of reporting it.
