36. Not Quite
Okay, I'll fess up, here. I've never read kiddie porn fiction. So I can only imagine that the bulk of it somehow implies that sex between adults and children is a-okay. We're talking fantasy after all, here. Just like graphic kiddie porn implies that sex between adults and kids is a-okay.

By putting kiddie porn in a place where anyone can access it, for society to allow that implies that society approves or endorses that message. A-okay. Society makes laws to protect itself. So we shut down publicly disseminated kiddie porn fiction to prevent future crimes.

But if you think it's so approvable, why don't you write a book of kiddie-porn fiction and try to get it on bookshelves of stores and libraries where anyone can walk in and read it?
