you do realize that your Sun Herald cite above is NOT giving the death toll for the entire miss gulf coast but only for harrison cty right?

hancock cty will have a much, much higher toll, waveland alone has 50 known dead, bay st. louis unknown but believed to be 100s, long beach & pass christian completely devastated & no. of dead unknown

a death toll given for harrison
cty (biloxi) will not include any of these deaths, which could total over 1,000 & potentially many thousands

long beach is a debris field, last i heard it is blocked off by razor wire to keep ppl from looting the posessions & bodies of the dead, this is a rich cty & rich ppl have relations who will be eager to prove they are dead if they are dead

all these bodies will not be kept hidden

this is the cite i'm talking abt--
http://www.sunherald.com/mld/sunherald/news/special_packages/hurricane_katrina/communities/biloxi/12567449.htm

he is only coroner of harrison cty & cannot give the true no. of dead so don't be fooled
