What they really would hate to admit is that the gay teachers don't find them any more attractive than the rest of the population that has rejected them.

This is but another example of their obsession with sexuality, something that one would think would be the last thing on the minds of such virtuous, saving-myself-for-marriage, don't-ever-lust-after-anyone-outside-marriage kind of people. If they'd learn to concentrate in a classroom instead of dreaming about what their teacher's sexual life is all about, they might learn how to spell and construct a complete sentence.
