What Chimp promises.....never materializes......and, I give Chimp credit, unlike Poppy who didn't deal with Hurricane Hugo.....Chimp had the "phone call from Poppy who said...."OMG, You better get on top of this one, son, because they blamed me for Hugo....cause I didn't get into that helicopter to view that thing untill people were really mad!"
(my total paraphrase of Poppy....but it's my memory of how he dealt with Hugo)!

So, Chimp/Ridge goes all out.....and promises people many $$$$$$$$'s for their loss of busineses and homes....but I know from Hurricane Hugo that what was "promised under Poppy wasn't delivered" and I know that "Little Chimp" doesn't have to nickles to scrape together in the Federal Budget....so his "Hurricane Relief" program....will be like his "No Child Left Behind" program.......

NO HURRICANE VICTIM......WILL BE COMPENSATED......UNLESS OUR INSURANCE ADJUSTERS DEEM THAT YOU HAVE PAID IN! And, that might be the "DISCONNECT" that does him in.....like it did Poppy with Hurricane Hugo.

We will have to see......but there's NO FED MONEY LEFT to pay these people....and STATES.....for this massive amount of devastation!
