But seeing how we can actually read, We can do it on a critical level instead of ideological level. We can only nominate books we have actually read. Or attempted to get through several times and couldn't endure the torture. I've never read Ann Coulter or Sean Hannity, so I can't nominate them. But I'll start off with the 3 worst books I've ever read.

#1 The Celestine Prophecy.
This has got to be the all-time, dumb-assed book in history. It was so bad, I couldn't put it down, because it had to get better. It didn't.

#2 Say A Prayer For Owen Meany.
This book was incredibly bad. I could never get more than halfway through it. And they actually made a movie based on it. I donated it to Goodwill, just to get it out of the house.

#3 A Man In Full.
And I like Tom Wolfe. But after wading through about 800 pages of this mind-numbing shit, and coming to the even dumber conclusion, I gave it to a freeper in the hospital. I think he died of boredom.

Any more suggestions?
