Poll question: If Iraq War a success, would average Joe have benefited?

I'm talking only about the real objective of controlling Iraq's oil and being in a position to grab more or control it indirectly.

Right now, at least the Iraq part of that is a total failure--oil aint flowing at even the rate before the war.

Whether the Bushies still have a possibility of succeeding is irrelevant for the sake of this question.

If they had totally succeeded or totally succeed at some point in the future, would that success "trickle down" to the average joe, working or middle class guy?
