13. Think political strategery for a second...
If Clark can get 5% of the Repubs to switch, that would be a 10% turnaround for Dems. It could lead to us re-taking the House and perhaps, the Senate. This could happen if he were the candidate or if he were the VP candidate. Politically speaking, there are a lot of positives to Clark being in the race. Most importantly, he negates Bush's war standing.

But only if you are willing to look at it from a political reality viewpoint and not necessarily ideology. Anyway, it is the House that writes the bills.
