...then advise her not to send this kind of shit. It's kinda racist, even though it "hits all sides" of the argument.
She could lose her job (provided she did use the company e-mail system, and your company is understanding when someone's offended by this kind of e-mail.)
It kind of reminds me of that former NFL player who said this kind of thing a while ago...don't remember the name, though. (Reggie White?)
