30. There should be many willing to donate time and expertise for free
or for a pittance. If it's done out of love by the people involved, that figure of $200M I think could be considerably reduced. The real problem is getting the approval to telecast from the FCC and so on. Those in charge don't like competitors. Michael Moore would definitely help out, and you might need his help and that of others to contend w/ the resistance you might run into from the RW.

Also, I've thought a lot about this w/o the slightest hope of ever doing it, and I think you'd easily find enough people nationwide to be "subscribers" to such a network at $25 a month or more. I would and I'm definitely not rich. Figure out what that would be a month if you had a million people, and why wouldn't you be able to get that number eventually? How many active Dems are there in the country? How many Dems are longing to have a TV station w/o the RW bias or the middle of the road pablum that just enables the RW voodoo merchants to flourish. Add to that the advertisements and so on and I don't think it's at all a pipe dream; it's a definite possibility. I'll guarantee you if the Repubs get wind of it, they'll do what they can to de-rail it. But if you keep at it and can pull in some people like Soros to help you, you can do it. Have faith and do it!!!
