DU XCLUSIVE: C-Span2 "Cleans" Jon Stewart's Bush Comment (RealVideo)
Advertisements [?]
On yesterday's C-Span2 BookTV presentation of Jon Stewart promoting his book, Stewart slips into dangerous territory with the comment, "There's this whole idea that George W. Bush is stupid...".

Dangerous to criticize the president? Apparently "objective" C-Span thinks so: they pulled the following 48 seconds of Stewart, ostensibly because of "video difficulties". Not only were no tech difficulties evident, but Stewart actually claimed he DIDN'T believe that Bush was stupid, just before the cut. Miraculously, the whole incident was cleanly edited from later airings.
