Anybody notice a pattern when anything goes wrong in Iraq?

They can't get the electricity on. Not of enough troops to do the job. Can't stop convoys from being attacked. Not enough troops. Can't get the oil flowing. Not enough troops. Can't stablize cities. Not enough troops. Can't properly guard prisoners. Not enough troops. Jeez, sure glad they never listen to the former Chief of Staff for the Army.
