This is a huge game. A year ago even saying that Bush didn't do a good job on terrorism was met with rabid denials.

You may require that letting it happen on purpose involves specific acts or even proof of those acts. Acts such as ordering denial of FISA warrants, that interceptors be kept down, that Anthrax be sent to Democrats and news media in concert with attacks, keeping Anthrax in sight by waving vials in front of cameras, enact martial law in Florida, keep FBI & CIA from communicating, keep president away from WH and into low level buildings and ranches especially after August 6th and August 20th memos, and set up shadow government not including Democrats.

Wanting PNAC for its supporters or its associated war machine supporters may lead to wanting, yearning for a precipitating act. Not that one would plan it, or would plan to allow it, i.e. let it, just that one would want it. And, in wanting it, making decisions to not know, not with plan but with subconscious resolve.

Would this be any less than on purpose. Would this be any less than to let happen, because these were not planned in the front of the brain. Good people realize this human fragility and plan to stop wants from taking control of their acts.

These people had motive and way too much opportunity. The opportunity arose from making things happen on purpose in selection 2000 from paid protesters to complicit representatives to state judges to supreme court justices.
