7. Two points to add to the discussion
First, I remember that in the days immediately after 9/11, Tenet was quoted as saying that he tried to tell "anybody who would listen" about the dangers of Osama. He also said that he couldn't get an audience with anybody , "unless you wanted to talk about tax cuts."

I've tried to find links to this but haven't been able to. I just remember hearing the comments made on CNN right after 9/11 (those were pre-DU days for me) Anybody have a link?

The second point is how MSRNC is spinning this story. I just saw a promo where they are saying "Two Presidents missed the opportunity" to get Osama. There were pictures of Clinton and Bush one either side of the Predator Video of Osama.

Soooo....they're going to try and hang 9/11 on Clinton again.
