Somehow, Jesus' concept of agape love does not jibe with that course of action.
The comment was that if a peacemaker liberal like Christ showed up in Iraq he would be sent to Abu Ghraib and tortured with the new amerikkkan standard operating procedures. It was not a slam on Christ, but on the hypocrites claiming to be "saved" while committing atrocities.
