15. That's the reaction I had to the book.
Read it, and you'll never stiff a waitress out of a tip again. I've been to plenty of restaurants where the waitresses and busboys were obviously working their asses off, yet the service was still slow, mainly because the place was packed to the walls, there weren't enough staff to handle it, etc. People like us who have read Barbara's book are less likely to blame the waitstaff and take it in stride. Heck, if you're in a hurry, go to McDonald's.
