Corporations are creations of humans. They have no unalienable rights. They only have cetain 'capabilities' as written into law by human beings (such as the ability to enter into contracts). They do not enjoy the any rights as humans do because they are not human beings and not associations of equally influential members as in partnerships or associations, such as unions (where each member has an equal vote to every other member).

Talk of a "right to free speech" for corporations is patent nonsense.
