This is nothing more than a vote on whether or not to grant Cert in this case. ALL of the judges would have put this on for vote. It means NOTHING as far as the merits of the case. The SOLE issue is standing. Even if they do grant Cert it is ONLY on the issue of standing. That wouldn't be decided until next year. (I've argued before SCOTUS several times).

Let's suppose they then decide that there is standing. The merits of the case would go back to the District Court for adjudication and that would take YEARS.

What is great about all of this? It keeps those moron Freepers occupied. Look how ignorantly rabid they get:
