2. This is Gulf War 1 - Desert Shield/Desert Storm info.
It looks as if the VA is including the present conflict, but even so, the detremental effects on the tracked military personnel who have been in the "100 day" Persian Gulf exercise is amazingly high. It would be interesting to track this against Balkan conflict vets who had not been deployed to the Gulf and their mortality rate.
