Design for Minnesota I-35 bridge replacement is set.

Should be completed by the end of 2008. Who wants to bet that it will be completed by the time the GOP Convention is held in the summer of 2008??? The bodies are not even out of the water yet and the plans are in the works for the new bridge building to begin. Yet those in New Orleans that still need help are waiting. The original bridge that fell took three years to build, yet they will complete a new one in just over a year? I know construction has advanced over the years but.....
