No males between 15 & 55 were allowed out of Falluja (war-crime). Many tried and were turned back (war-crime). Hospitals were deliberately targetted and destroyed (war-crime). Medical aid was prevented from entering the "captured" areas (war-crime).
Your comment that "but they did have a choice to stay or go" is either pitifully ignorant or wilfully untruthful.
