25. Right on all counts. The published memo was a draft. The Senators
wanted the finished version, plus ANYTHING ELSE that had transpired and/or approved by Bush.
HE IS IN CONTEMPT OF CONGRESS. However, the chair of the committee has to declare him in contempt. And Hatch did not seem too prone to do that (he said something like "Mr.Ashcroft, the committee sometimes becomes political.." like apologizing for those nasty, nasty democrats.)
