34. Burden of paying FICA was put on shoulders of middle class and poor decades ago -- !!!
Time to reverse that by lowering the FICA rates for middle class and poor

and substantially LIFTING the cap on FICA earnings -- I'd say to a minimum

of $250,000 but should probably be even higher.
