then vote absentee in their home community. It's standard practice and I've had several tell them that it is their right. They continue to vote where they were stationed after they leave. We lost a congressional election about 10 or 12 years ago because of the military vote that didn't even live in Del Rio, TX any longer. It was shown that many, enough to change the outcome of the election, voted in Del Rio and again in their home community. Phil Gramm provided plenty of cover while he screamed about denying the military the right to vote.
