11. Yes, no reporter is in these "live pockets of Tripoli."
However, the sources are credible, and as I pointed out, Oaxaca-like tactics will render an entire neighborhood defended from encroaching forces. They'd have to go in on foot, and for people who haven't seen battle that is a tough decision.

AJE is reporting on credible callers, sources which say these areas are at least contested and not in Gaddafi's grasp.
