Kasich is also proposing draconian cuts in state contributions to local governments, affecting things like local police and fire protection in communities all over the state. But Kasich immediately warned that those cuts should not automatically lead to increases in local taxes.

Just how does this asshole Kasich expect services to be maintained under this scenario of state cuts but not allowing local tax hikes to compensate? Bake sales?
