Indians killed and injured in the terrorist attacks in Mumbai have sued Pakistan and ISI in a Brooklyn court and the court has issued a summons for the ISI chief General Shuja Pasha.

Pakistanis are now creating Davis as a bargaining chip to get out of ever being held accountable for their terrorist attack in Mumbai.
