Kpete does something to cheer me up. I've been thinking that's its been a long time since I heard any good news. The community I live in, which is largely catholic with a muslim minority rallied around Islamic businesses right after 9/11 to make sure there was no harassment. I was quite proud to live here and still am. Many took turns 34 hours a day and there were no problems. I think a lot of this is because its always been an immigrant community where people haven't forgotten why they came here in the first place.
