I live in Europe. I will take a slow boat back to the States if I ever have to go back. NOBODY should put up with this kind of BULLSHIT. EVER. Neither passengers nor crew members. Drive a car. Take the train or the bus if you have to travel. If the idea that this is a violation of human rights doesn't bother the government, then the sudden loss of income for the airlines might.
