(and I'm not saying you are incorrect) but how do we know that Saddam ignored it? How do we know that this tyrant stuff isn't just as concocted as the WMD claims. Didn't all of this info come from the same group of dissidents? Also if a substantial group of Americans decided to do as the Shia's did after the GWI, don't you think that they would end up in "mass graves" just as quickly? Just look at the Branch Davidians. Just something to think about.
