one of the first acts of Shrub, was to reorganize the hit squads/agents for killing specific targets. This would probably be an executive order(secret and locked away)or included in one of his signing statements.

If Americans choose to associate with our various enemies abroad, they can damn well take their chances. Better them than members of our military. A war zone is exactly that.

Inside the US, different rules must apply.
