47. The CIA officer is qualified to dispense prescription drugs?
I have no problem with them giving people Viagra, but don't they have to be sure it is safe for the person to use?

"Take one of these. You'll love it." could prove disastrous if the "patient" suffers side effects.

Or is this just evidence that Viagra is as safe as aspirin and making it a prescription only drug in the U.S. is just a scam to increase profit?
