Even if they don't come from China but Europe you don't have any idea where the ingredients in them came from. It's good to pass them up. Buy some organic powdered milk and cocoa processed in a country that has an origin (I use Hershey's but they've now moved to Mexico) but mix them together with some sugar and stick a vanilla bean in the jar and you have your own great Cocoa Mix...
