69. In 1976, the first time I voted, I was in college in CO, my parents were
residing in AZ, but they held legal residence in CO (my dad was still in the USAF) and so I was not only a CO voter, but was legally entitled to resident tuition, though my dad did have to sue the university to convince them that he was right and they were wrong in trying to charge out-of-state tuition.

We won on the tuition deal - they caved when we sicced a good attorney on them.

But yeah, I registered to vote where I ACTUALLY PHYSICALLY loved.
